Step 1: Coconut oil - use in the morning, on an empty stomach, before brushing your teeth. Take 1-2 tablespoons of oil and rinse your mouth for 5-20 minutes. After finishing, spit out the oil - do not swallow or rinse with water.
Step 2: Whitening toothpaste - use every morning and evening, brush for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Color corrector - use 1-2 times a day after using toothpaste. Brush your teeth in circular motions, preferably with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
You can safely use the toothpaste and oil without any breaks. After 4 weeks of regular use of the corrector, we recommend a minimum of 2 weeks break.
